We have so much to offer for any occasion. We provide a serene and beautiful atmosphere for any event ranging from corporate to wedding and everything in between. We have 13 acres in the midst of the Bluegrass; also known as “Horse Country”. We have a number of sophisticated locations to offer that can be chosen by you to make your event personal and unique.

If you are looking for an indoor event, we have the intimate atmosphere of the historic La Belle house, designed by the renowned architect Warfield Gratz in 1926. We also have four buildings that are part of the museum: the newly expanded main building which holds current exhibits; the fanciful Shell Grotto that is covered in shells and completed with a floor made of coral; the elegant Jewel Room which houses jewels and other collectibles; and the unique Library that shelves over 1,000 books and inhabits natural
specimens.

If you are looking for an outdoor event, we have a renovated tennis court covered with brick pavers, surrounded by serene landscaping and completed with a gorgeous fountain donated by John Carloftis. All of this overlooking Swan Lake. We also have the exquisite Marylou Whitney Gardens that sit behind the Jewel Room & Library and a lovely patio that rests in front of the Shell Grotto. If you are looking for more of a “feels like home” atmosphere, we have a brick patio that surrounds the historic La Belle house and overlooks Swan Lake.
